\u00eatre pris\u00a0<strong>en continu<\/strong>\u00a0et\u00a0<strong>ne peut \u00eatre fractionn\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong>(sauf par une<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>RTT ou JNT fixes uniquement).<\/p><p>En effet,<strong>\u00a0pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette obligation seuls les jours de CA sont comptabilis\u00e9s<\/strong>,\u00a0d\u2019autres types de cong\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre cumul\u00e9s\u00a0<strong>(RTT 8<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup>, Jours de Disponibilit\u00e9 Cadres (JDC), cong\u00e9 anciennet\u00e9\u2026<u>)<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0mais ne sont pas pris en compte dans cette obligation.<\/p><p><strong>Attention\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0il existe des\u00a0<strong>modalit\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res pour certains MAD<\/strong>\u00a0qui leurs sont communiqu\u00e9s directement par leur employeur respectif.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Les\u00a0<strong>cong\u00e9s annuels non pris<\/strong>\u00a0peuvent alimenter, \u00e0 votre initiative, un<strong>\u00a0CET\u00a0(Compte Epargne-Temps),\u00a0<\/strong>dans la limite de<strong>\u00a07 jours par an.<\/strong><\/p><p>Les\u00a0<strong>RTT non pris<\/strong>\u00a0peuvent \u00e9galement alimenter le CET dans la limite de\u00a0<strong>15 jours par an,<\/strong>\u00a0avec l\u2019accord du manager.\u00a0<strong>L\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des JDC<\/strong>\u00a0peuvent aussi
